Painters, Illustrators, doodlers, sculptors, menders where do your hands want to go?
ALIVE • TRANSFORMATIVE• PLAY
Welcome! Art Jam Earth is a weekly art ceremony where we come together in community to unravel from the confines of consensus reality and enter into the magical state of spontaneous, intuitive, experimental creativity. We enter into this shared container to create in parallel, to share in sacred witness of one another, to play and connect and be nourished by the field of love and authenticity that is at the heart of Art Jam.
The invitation
The Jam is an open space for moving with where your creative energy wants to go. It might surprise you or take you along a familiar track, you may find yourself exploring edges or resting comfortably in the ritual of practice. There is no goal to “produce” or “not produce”. The orientation you’re invited into is the same kind of creative self trust many of us were trained out of as kids. This is an opportunity to stretch, or crawl or leap towards….
Painters, Illustrators, doodlers, sculptors, menders where do your hands want to go?
Make the air waves around you bend and quiver using your voice or whatever instrument you like.
Naps are an essential creative resource.
Scribbly write write, wordsy poetry and all the other highly logical forms of making sense to other language trained brains. We like it.
The body temple, oh genius creature take us places! Wild, undeniable intelligence that conceives and gives birth to every sensation we’ve ever had-lets move together.
Sacred togetherness-receptive, open, here for the collective journey of letting ourselves be as silly and regal as we want to be. Love leads and we follow and it seems to surprise us with its crescendos of tenderness and liberation.
From Kauai outward
Art Jam Earth has its first fruiting body in Kauai Hawaii. A group of relative strangers started coming together to experiment with music, dance and non-normative states of consciousness with the intention to see what would happen. And what happened has become an emergent ceremony that has continued to set us free, develop our creative lives, and open our hearts to eachother and what life might be . We feel inspired to share this template as it feels like a replicable antidote to hurts we are all collectively impacted by.

0-30 minutes A landing room for anyone who wants to chat, reflect, laugh, ask questions, or rest.
The threshold
The journey into Art Jam Earth starts with an application and a 1:1 conversation so that we maintain a space of innocent risk and sacred transformation. Creativity asks that we dont fear making a mess and we maintain a social environment of impeccable kindness, love and respect for the surprising perfection of that process. As such, we take great care to ensure all jammers are folks who understand and are fluent in the nuanced realms where attunement and wildness coexist, where boundaries are honored, and where masks can fall.
Share what draws you to Art Jam Earth and what arises for you as you explore themes of creativity.
This will be more like a hang out than an interview where you and a jammer have a chance to get an embodied sense for what feels natural and inspiring.
Accepted jammers select an aligned monthly contribution.
Arrive 30 minutes early before your first Jam and learn the flow.
Wanna play?
It’s been said that Art Jam feels like the early childhood environment that many of us really wanted and needed; space to simply play and be trusted with our creative instincts. This can be edgy for many of us, so we experiment together, see what happens, and delight in the process.
